It’s so sad that big corporations like Disney can’t even pay the ppl who make there company those actors/writers/animators/etc literally keep there company going but A24 can who is a small Studio I’m very proud that A24 can respect it’s workers 😌
If someone told me that a submersible named the Titan, owned by a company called OceanGATE, carryingthree billionaires, had gone missing on an expedition to the Titanic, I would think it was some pitch for a new thriller mystery novel and not something that had actually happened due to the hubris and stupidity of rich people.
Look, I think it’s obvious at this point that just because Helluva Boss takes place in hell, it doesn’t mean the demons are going to look like exactly as those portrayed in demonology.
Helluva Boss is a parody, and as such, there will be a lot of creative freedom in it. Just like any adult show when they portray jesus and god in different ways.
And I will die on a hill for this design, I freaking love it and how it was animated.
I’ve noticed a few people complaining about how the lore of Beelzebub is that they’re an insect demon of gluttony commonly referred to as “Lord of the flies.” Meanwhile, Vivziepop’s character Queen Bee is more like a bee-hellhound hybrid. But I can’t help but feel that the Hellhound aspect actually suits Bee very well. Hear me out. Hellhound lore has them looking and resembling wolves, like a lot of Helluva Boss Hellhounds including Loona and Bee. Wolves are incapable of feeling full. They will eat until there is nothing left or until their stomachs burst. That is the very picture of Gluttony. That’s my theory, and why I really love the twist Vivziepop and her crew made in creating Queen Bee.
